Where do I pick up my badge/credentials for access to the event?

A registration/information desk will be in the lobby of the Davenport Grand Hotel between 4pm-7pm on Wednesday, October 1.

A registration/information desk will be in the lobby of the Academic Center (SAC) Building at WSU between 7:30am-4pm on Thursday, October 2.

Where will the meeting take place?

The keynotes and educational sessions will be held at WSU Spokane Academic Center (SAC) Building (approximately 5 blocks/12-14 minute walk from the Davenport Grand Hotel.

Where will the evening social take place?

Tuesday night's social event will be held at the Davenport Grand Hotel from 5:30-6:30pm.

Where will the optional Dr. Francis Collins event take place?

Dr. Francis Collins will be speaking at the Fox Theater, 1001 W. Sprague Avenue, Spokane (about a 15 minute walk from the Davenport Grand Hotel).

What food will be provided?

There will be a light continental breakfast each morning and coffee throughout the day in SAC 241, and apps/drink provided at the social hour on Tuesday evening.  

Where can I get food for lunch?

Food trucks will be available for lunch (for purchase) on Thursday and Friday just outside of the SAC building (Pizza & Mexican options on Thursday, and BBQ & Hawaiian Bowl options on Friday). There will be seating for lunch in the exhibit areas on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the SAC Building.

Where should I park?

If you are staying at the host hotel, The Davenport Grand, parking will be discounted to $5/night.  

For anyone not staying at the host hotel, there is daily parking next to the Academic Center (SAC) Building in either the Orange or Green lots.  Orange Lots (premium) are $7 a day and the Green Lots are $5 a day. There are signs upon entering all parking lots explaining which color the lot is. There are also signs with a QR code on them that will connect to their payment app (HONK), where you can enter your information to pay for parking for the day.
